*** Friday, Saturday, Sunday
* 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
* Weekend Night Shift

* Position Summary:
** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for weekend evening shifts. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, support residents’ well-being, and collaborate effectively with the care team.
** Responsibilities:
*** Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
* Monitor and document residents’ health status
* Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and team members
* Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
*
* Qualifications:
*** Current LPN license in the state of Idaho
* Strong clinical and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
