Life Care Centers of America is seeking an LPN Staff Development Coordinator (SDC) for the Post Falls team. This full-time, day-shift role includes an on-call rotation and focuses on planning, directing, and evaluating all in-service education for nursing staff in a post-acute care setting.
The ideal candidate holds an active LPN license, a nursing diploma, and has geriatric nursing experience. Teaching experience and CPR certification are preferred or to be obtained during orientation.
