We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a top-rated nursing facility.
As an integral part of the interdisciplinary team, the LPN provides quality patient care
, monitors and reports changes in patient conditions, and offers clinical supervision to CNAs. The role involves assigning duties
, instructing staff, and ensuring patients attain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Active LPN license in the applicable state
- Preferably one year of skilled nursing experience
- CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation) and maintained throughout employment
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Competent delivery of nursing care
- Excellent customer service and a positive attitude
$5,000 sign-on bonus, shift differentials, competitive starting wages, and tuition reimbursement for full-time staff.
