The VIOS Clinic in Post Falls, Idaho is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Post-Surgical Inpatient Unit, primarily caring for orthopedic, spine, bariatric, and general surgery patients.
This full-time role offers flexible evening shifts, either five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts, with 24/7 Hospitalist and Respiratory Therapy support and daytime Physical Therapy coverage. We value collaboration, patient safety, and ongoing professional growth.
