We are seeking a compassionate RN to join our Post-Surgical Inpatient Unit, primarily caring for orthopedic, spine, bariatric, and general surgery patients. This night shift role involves three 12-hour shifts, supporting a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities Include- Delivering high-quality patient care and managing patient admissions and discharges
- Delegating assignments and managing medications and supplies
- Collaborating with team members including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, Hospitalists, and Case Management
- Current RN licensure in Idaho
- Preferred previous nursing experience and BSN
- Current BLS certification; ACLS certification required within six months
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others
- 24/7 support from hospitalists and respiratory therapy
- Full-time Physical Therapy support
- Low patient-to-nurse ratio (average 5:1)
