QA​/QC Engineer

Prepare and assist implementation of QA/QC function, documents, and deliverables management, by providing support and execution to projects and works within EPC department. The main objective is to ensure, maintain, and develop all QA/QC practices are implemented in accordance with company quality policy and relevant Quality Management System compliance.

Execute guidelines and directives for QA/QC aspects to achieve objectives.

Execute, monitor, and improve QA/QC aspects.

Establish and maintain effective work relationship within department, company, and community, with responsible attitude for every work assigned.

Establish, review, and communicate timely reports and related work reports.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibilities, including SHE Management System to ensure effectiveness of programs conforming to official standards, requirements, and procedures, and to confirm the execution of SHE responsibilities meets intended outcomes – SHE risk well maintained.

• SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements.

Bachelor's Degree of Engineering

• Minimum 1 year previous experience in construction QA/QC execution with comprehensive knowledge of QA/QC practice in construction and operation.
• Preferably familiarity and experience in QA/QC implementation in oil and gas sector, marine construction, and plant operation sector.
• Full comprehensive knowledge of Quality Management System, ISO 91 and implementation.
• Good knowledge in Quality Management Tools (TQM, QCC, SPC, Balanced Scorecard, etc.) and dissemination through Project Quality Management System.
• Thorough understanding of Document Management System.
• Team player and ability to organize people.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written is an advantage.

• If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 6.
