SHE Officer - Awak Mas

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and present SHE training and SHE induction to enhance safety awareness among Head Office employees.

Conduct inspections on statutory, fire and rescue equipment to ensure completeness and readiness for use.

Inspect project facilities, equipment, observe operations and activities in progress to ensure compliance with company’s safety regulations.

Support and assist safety audits, inspections, and accident/incident investigations by observing employee activities and workplace conditions for submitting recommendations to management to correct deficiencies, eliminate hazards, and improve the overall program.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibilities (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome.

• SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

Diploma Degree of Any Major

• Min. 1 years experiences in Environmental or fresh graduate
• Attended training or certification related environmental issues
• ISO 141 certified is an advantage
• Willing to work outside of office hour
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Willing to travel to all company’s sites
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

• If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 5.
