- Hourly: $25 - $30 (based on experience)
- Full Time: 40 hrs./5-day work week
- Monday
- Friday: 8 am to 5 pm
- Monday
- 30 to 60 day paid training

- Company vendor events & product knowledge training
- Report directly to the Accounting Division Controller
- Own the purchasing process—ensure products are ordered, received & ready to keep projects on track
- Create & review purchase orders—confirming availability, pricing & delivery timelines for accuracy
- Maintain clean, accurate RFMS data, including pricing, costs, product details & vendor info
- Oversee RFMS Product Gateway, eCommerce integrations & Product Importer/Exporter (PIE)
- Manage & support a virtual assistant—ensuring quality work, efficiency & alignment with team goals
- Build strong vendor partnerships to secure better pricing and long‑term value
- Spot opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency across purchasing
- 3+ years proven work experience as a Purchasing Coordinator, Procurement Specialist, Buyer, Supply Chain Specialist, or similar role.
- Valid driver's license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
- Will need to pass a background check & drug test (REQUIRED)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fundamental tech & math skills
- Positive, communicative & motivated to help grow the business
- Sense of urgency & cost consciousness
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Collaboration skills & ability to delegate effectively
- Organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
- Analytical skills, critical thinking & problem‑solving abilities
- Time management skills & detailed oriented
- Knowledge of RFMS is a plus, but not required — willing to train
- Flooring experience is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person
