Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise telephone and customer service activities and ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers;
Ensure returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed accurately and merchandise invoiced before leaving the store;
Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks;
Perform store opening/closing duties, including money handling, deposits, and securing the building
