Sales Representative

FLOWW Network is Idaho’s premier source for high school sports coverage. We bring live scores, live streaming, game schedules, standings, photo galleries, and broadcast coverage to 195+ schools across the state — starting in the Snake River Valley Conference and growing fast.

We’re building something special for Idaho’s student athletes, families, and communities. As we expand our coverage statewide, we’re looking for driven, community-connected Sales Representatives to help fuel that growth.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a fast-growing Idaho sports media company. You’ll be selling sponsor ships and advertising packages to local businesses who want to reach passionate Idaho sports fans — parents, coaches, students, and communities.

Loves Idaho high school sports and community

• Has strong local business relationships in the Snake River Valley or across Idaho
• Is self-motivated and thrives in a commission-driven environment
• Wants to grow with a company that’s just getting started

TERRITORY

Primary:
Snake River Valley Conference — Homedale, Fruitland, Payette, Cole Valley Christian (Meridian), McCall, Weiser

Expansion:
All of Idaho as FLOWW Network grows its school coverage statewide

WHAT YOU’LL BE SELLING

• Local Business Sponsor ships — branded sponsorship packages for schools, teams, and events
• Livestream Ad Spots — pre-roll, mid-roll, and banner ads on live game broadcasts
• Website/Digital Advertising — display ads, featured listings, and digital placements on
• Broadcast/Media Packages for Schools — coverage and production packages for schools and athletic programs

COMPENSATION

Commission Structure: 25% of all sales generated

Path to Base + Commission:
Top-performing reps will have the opportunity to transition to a base salary + commission structure as FLOWW Network grows.

• Prospect and cold-call local businesses within your territory
• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors and advertisers
• Present and sell FLOWW Network’s ad and sponsorship packages
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Represent FLOWW Network professionally in the community
• Provide feedback on market needs and opportunities

Previous sales experience preferred but not required (media, advertising, or local business sales) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with ability to work independently Familiarity with Idaho communities and high school sports a big plus Ability to demonstrate past sales success
