Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $ Annually
Monoprice is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to drive strategic growth in our core product lines, including ethernet cables, fiber optics, HDMI, and AV adapters. We are looking for a high-performing sales professional with an established network and existing customer base in enterprise networking and connectivity solutions.
Responsibilities- Leverage existing customer relationships to expand Monoprice's market presence
- Bring a proven book of business with enterprise contacts in networking and infrastructure
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for Monoprice's networking and connectivity product lines
- Identify and penetrate enterprise, educational, corporate, and government markets seeking high-quality connectivity solutions
- Manage complex sales cycles for bulk cable, infrastructure, and connectivity product orders
- Build relationships with IT directors, network administrators, procurement teams, and technical decision-makers
- Create customized solution proposals demonstrating the value of Monoprice's high-performance, cost-effective networking products
- Meticulously track and manage all sales activities and customer interactions
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date contact and opportunity records
- Generate detailed sales reports and pipeline forecasts
- Implement lead scoring and nurturing strategies
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams through shared CRM insights
- Fiber optic network infrastructure projects
- Enterprise-grade HDMI and AV connectivity solutions
- Leverage technical product knowledge to address specific client infrastructure needs
- Maintain and expand a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities
- Collaborate with Monoprice's product and marketing teams to refine enterprise product offerings.
