Principal

Responsibilities
  • Processing orders, quotes, bids and contracts as well as handling any changes that may occur.
  • Answer incoming calls and work directly with customers to answer questions and maintain a strong business relationship.
  • Assist Regional Sales Managers with quotes, sales history and marketing information.
  • Enters quotes and orders into ERP system.
  • Provide quotes and assists Regional Sales Managers.
  • Work closely with customers to answer inquiries.
  • Help coordinate shipments with plants and transportation department.
  • Update orders with revised delivery dates.
  • Check orders created by other team members for accuracy.
  • Conduct weekly order status meetings with assigned manufacturing plants.
  • Create bid submittal documents.
  • Create bills of lading and manage inventory for finished goods yards.
  • Participate and contribute to company safety program.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
