Job Overview
Brown-Forman Specialist (On & Off) is a hands‑on sales position focused on driving volume and brand visibility for Brown‑Forman’s portfolio. The role involves account management, brand training, creative activation, and collaboration with local distributors.
Key Responsibilities- Drive growth of NABCA TDS share for Brown‑Forman in targeted accounts.
- Maintain deep knowledge of brand history and facts to support promotion.
- Partner with Brown‑Forman field sales, distributor reps, and key accounts to manage promotional objectives.
- Plan and execute on‑premise and off‑premise activations, special events, and B‑F programs.
- Schedule promotions and events across target accounts, providing timely feedback on effectiveness.
- Manage sales to approximately 50 key on & off‑premise accounts, ensuring proper brand positioning.
- Lead creative planning for brand activations in non‑traditional spaces such as digital and in‑home events.
- Integrate multicultural accounts into target universe aligned with demographics.
- Collaborate with Field Marketing managers to develop consumer‑facing activation plans.
- Coordinate merchandise/POS delivery for national brand platforms.
- Track and manage activation budget, ROI, and expenses per brand guidelines.
- College degree preferred (Marketing/Business) and 2–3 years of spirits industry experience.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation; extensive travel required.
- Fluent in English with strong computer literacy; able to use iPad programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Confidence working in diverse on‑premise and off‑premise environments.
- Organized, ambitious, self‑starter, outgoing, charismatic, and a team player.
- In‑depth understanding of target consumer, brand priorities, and the three‑tiered system.
- Capability to work non‑traditional hours (holidays, nights, weekends).
- Ability to lift 20+pounds.
