Job OverviewWe are looking for someone with drive, passion, and a competitive spirit to be part of Revvity's Commercial Team. This role will specialize in sales and support of our Life Sciences Applications' Reagents products and services. The candidate should be able to understand customer needs across basic sciences and drug discovery that serve academia, government, pharma/biotech, and CRO-CDMO market segments. We are looking for a team player with a passion to win as well as grow as personally and professionally within Revvity.
The territory for this position would include the state of Pennsylvania for immediate hire.
- Complete Territory Management:
Manage all business activity for the assigned products and services in the assigned territory. - Achieve and/or exceed Sales Targets year over year across Revvity Product Lines.
- Engineer Revvity vision across various workflows and applications.
- Business Reviews with the Regional Manager and greater Commercial Teams.
- Ability to plan and maintain an accurate territory forecast.
- Build long‑term relationships with customers, including key opinion leaders.
- Make existing and new customers aware of product initiatives.
- Organize and promote events at customer sites to market products and services.
- Participate in trade shows/exhibitions/conferences.
- Build long‑term account strategies to grow business within the territory.
- Coordinate with Revvity Commercial Teams to identify, communicate, and incorporate new product enhancements.
- Work with other sales teams and business functions to promote total Revvity solutions.
- Field travel about 40-50% of time.
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- 5 years of prior sales and/or a combination of Sales and Field Applications.
- MS or PhD is preferred.
- 3+ years in a laboratory setting performing basic science, drug discovery research, HTS, immunoassays, assay development, and a focus on microplate-based applications is preferred.
- Project/Product management, Marketing, or other functions in the Life Science Markets.
- Experience with Revvity reagents is preferred.
- Should have strong communication skills, including writing emails (internal/external), effective communication in person and on the phone.
- Capacity to effectively provide consultation.
- Ability to work well cross‑functionally and with a variety of business functions.
- Passion to stay current with new technologies and applications in the life science market is essential.
- Overnight travel for conferences, required training and sales meetings (about 5% travel).
The pay range for this full‑time position is a salary $95,000.00 - $ USD Annually. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The pay offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
