- Meningkatkan pertumbuhan bisnis merchant dengan fokus pada peningkatan transaksi dan investasi merchant
- Memastikan merchant aktif memperbarui profil aplikasi dan mengikuti program promosi yang tersedia
- Menjalin hubungan baik dengan merchant serta membantu kebutuhan operasional, kendala, dan pertanyaan terkait produk
- Menawarkan fitur dan program yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan merchant
- Mencapai target penjualan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan
- Melakukan pencatatan aktivitas penjualan dan hasil follow up secara detail dan akurat
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan dengan IPK minimal 2.75 (Freshgraduate Welcome to Apply)
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang telesales, sales, atau key account management (Menjadi Nilai tambah)
- Pengalaman di industri FMCG menjadi nilai tambah
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik
- Target oriented, proaktif, dan mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim
- Terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Teliti, memiliki manajemen waktu yang baik, dan mampu bekerja di lingkungan yang dinamis
