The Role We’re looking for a high-drive B2B Sales Rep to grow and manage our plumber referral network. This is a contact-sport field sales role—headhunting new partners, maintaining strong relationships, and being visible in the market every day.

What You’ll DoHunt and sign new plumbing partners across Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, and Hayden Maintain and grow existing accounts through consistent in-person visits

Track referral trends and re-engage partners quickly

Represent Apex at shops, events, job sites, and industry gatherings

Ensure partners receive fast communication and world-class service

Keep CRM updated with visits, activity, and pipeline

What You Bring2–5+ years B2B field sales experience (trade/home services preferred)
