Job Description Team Leadership

• Provide effective leadership to the sales team, motivating and guiding them to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
• Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with other departments such as sales operations & strategy, merchant happiness, and Lending operations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities. Monitor and enforce adherence to pricing guidelines, sales policies, and contractual obligations.

• Responsible for the execution of project events and daily/weekly route planning.
• Ensure teams' productivity meets targets.
• Monitor sales activities, analyze sales data, and generate reports on sales performance, including key metrics such as sales revenue, customer acquisition, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchants.
• Address merchants' inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of merchant satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the MSE & MSR to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability with experience managing and motivating a team.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience; experience in strategic planning or business strategy is a plus.
• Strong track record in sales with solid hands‑on field experience.
• Industry background in FMCG, Telecommunications, Banking, or E-commerce preferred.
• Willingness to relocate and work across various regions throughout Indonesia.
