As our Associate Customer Business Manager, you'll support the continued growth of our marketplace business by partnering with customers and collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Regulatory, R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting customer business plans that drive revenue growth across key marketplace retailers
- Managing purchase orders, customer documentation, pricing files, digital shelf setup, and sales support activities
- Coordinating cross-functional projects to ensure products move efficiently from opportunity to shipment
- Monitoring product ratings and reviews while supporting a best‑in‑class online customer experience
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal business partners
- Maintaining accurate Salesforce records and sales documentation
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and support continued business growth

What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who already has a foundation in eCommerce, retail sales support, or customer account coordination and is ready to continue building their career.
Our ideal candidate has:
- 1–3 years of experience supporting eCommerce, online retail, marketplace accounts, sales operations, customer service, or account management
- Experience working with online retailers, digital commerce platforms, or marketplace sales processes strongly preferred
- A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience using Salesforce (preferred)
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
- A curious mindset, strong work ethic, and a desire to continuously learn and grow
