Compensation: $50,000 to $250,000 annually (commission-based; pay is dependent on performance), plus a guaranteed $5,000 monthly salary during your first 90 days of employment, prorated based on start date and days worked within the month.

, you will play a key role in helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering a transparent, professional, and customer-focused purchasing experience. You will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process, from the first greeting to vehicle delivery and beyond. • Create an exceptional customer experience from first greeting to final delivery.
• Match customers with vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
• Demonstrate vehicle features through walk-arounds and test drives.
• Complete sales documentation accurately and collaborate with finance and management teams to close deals.
• Develop lasting customer relationships that drive repeat and referral business.
• Stay knowledgeable on products, technology, and automotive trends.

• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

• Automotive sales experience preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.
