Step into a day that keeps a plant running. When the Post Falls facility powers up, you’re already moving—reviewing overnight notes, prioritizing work orders, and gearing up to tackle whatever the line throws ’ll shift seamlessly from electrical diagnostics to mechanical repair, installing components, tuning systems, and restoring uptime with precision and care in a safety‑first environment.

What you’ll do
  • Diagnose and resolve complex faults across electrical, mechanical, and general plant systems.
  • Install, repair, and maintain equipment to keep production on schedule.
  • Apply advanced troubleshooting methods for control circuits and power systems.
  • Support mobile equipment repair, welding, and other general maintenance tasks as needed.
Schedule and compensation

Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Pay is dependent on qualifications and experience.

What sets you up for success
  • 3+ years in a trade profession or industrial maintenance setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven troubleshooting ability across maintenance activities.
  • Industrial electrical background preferred; valid electrician’s license a plus (not required).
  • PLC experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to distinguish color for color‑coded wiring.
  • Comfort operating in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy with office software.
  • Willingness to work overtime and take on‑call rotations as needed.
  • Technical training (trade school or higher) and a growth mindset for ongoing learning.
