Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Well Pump Technician for a full‑time, on‑site role located in Post Falls,  Well Pump Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing well pump systems and related water filtration equipment for residential and commercial properties. Daily tasks include diagnosing issues, troubleshooting system failures, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The role also involves educating clients about proper system care and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in well pump installation, maintenance, and repair
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting water system issues
  • Knowledge of water filtration systems and basic water quality testing practices
  • Experience with plumbing, electrical work, and general mechanical systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on‑site environment
  • Commitment to following safety protocols and delivering quality workmanship
  • Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts effectively
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications are a plus)
