* Job Summary:

** MD Landscaping is looking to add experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to our team. This role is responsible for servicing residential and commercial properties while achieving overseeing maintenance, quality control, and training.
** We are offering a sign-on bonus of $2,000 for qualified applicants!*
* ** Responsibilities:
*** Train new crew members on responsibilities while conducting their route
* Lead weekly safety training and propose topics when inconsistency is identified within crews
* Lead and manage crews in preparation and execution of daily tasks
* Demonstrate a high level of initiative to improve inefficiencies and quality
* Perform and execute monthly inventory of all tools and supplies for trucks and trailers
* Verify all equipment needed is on the vehicle at the beginning of every shift
* Maintain vehicles and equipment for safety, cleanliness, and organization on a weekly basis
* Conduct daily route of client properties on schedule
* Conduct initial and post completion property walks
* Knowledge of basic chemical application
* Maintain communication between crew and leadership
* Seasonal snow duties as assigned

* Experience:

*** 3+yrs of crew lead/foreman experience (preferred)
* 5+yrs of field experience (preferred)
* valid driver's license
* Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
* strong horticulture, pest, and disease knowledge
* previous experience operating truck and trailer, box trucks, maintenance equipment, and snowplows
