As a Pest Control Technician/Exterminator, you will:

• Complete the paid training program to become licensed and skilled in pest management
• Follow a route within an assigned territory, ensuring punctual arrival and professional service
• Inspect interiors and exteriors to diagnose pest issues (training provided)
• Apply pest control treatments safely according to label instructions
• Build trust through excellent communication and customer service
• Explain treatment plans, recommendations, and preventative steps to customers
• Maintain accurate records using a company‑provided handheld device
• Operate a company vehicle safely and keep it, as well as equipment, clean
• Work independently while representing Fox’s core values

• Use PPE properly (including respirator as required)
• Access creep spaces, attics, and confined spaces safely
• Follow all manufacturer‑recommended safety practices when using a company ladder
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Work in varying weather conditions
• Follow all state and company safety protocols

• 21+ years old (insurance requirement)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
• Willingness to learn and obtain necessary licenses
• Authorized to work in the United States
