Field Service Technician - Car Wash

Energi Systems is growing our car wash division and looking for technicians who want a long-term career with a company that invests heavily in training, certifications, and professional development. If you have mechanical, electrical, or field service experience — even outside the car wash industry — we’ll train you to become an expert.

We work on a wide range of commercial car wash systems, and we’re ready to help you build a specialized, in-demand skillset.

A Growing Car Wash Division

We install, service, and maintain a variety of car wash systems and components.

If you have experience with mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, hydraulics, or field service work, you’ll transition smoothly — and we’ll train you on the rest.

Extensive Travel, Fully Supported

This role includes frequent travel and regular overnight stays. We make it sustainable by providing:

Training & Certifications Provided

We offer a structured 90-day on-the-job training program, plus paid training and certifications for:

• Automatic and tunnel car wash systems
• Pumping, chemical, and water-reclamation systems
• Electrical and mechanical components
• PLC-based controls and diagnostics

We’ll help you build a strong technical foundation and stay current with industry standards.

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of commercial car wash systems
• Maintain pumps, motors, sensors, controllers, conveyors, and wash-bay equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Complete scheduled and emergency service calls
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours “site down” situations
• Maintain strong customer relationships and uphold safety standards

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude
• Experience in field service, maintenance, construction, automotive, or similar hands‑on work
• Ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays
• Clean driving record and ability to pass pre‑employment screenings

Highly Preferred

• Experience with car wash systems (any brand or type)
• Electrical troubleshooting experience
• Hydraulics, pneumatics, or mechanical repair background
• Experience working independently in the field

• Lift/move 25–50 lbs
• Work in high-traffic environments and varying weather
• Comfortable with frequent travel and changing schedules
