Tech Maintenance
This position is for a Maintenance Mechanic with warehouse or distribution center experience. Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical functions in conjunction with general maintenance of the facility.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and controls throughout the facility under minimal supervision.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, motors, panels, lighting, and other distribution center equipment.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to resolve issues quickly.
Assist with maintenance and repair of mechanical systems, including conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, pumps, and other material-handling equipment.
Respond to facility maintenance emergencies to minimize operational downtime.
Follow all safety procedures, OSHA regulations, National Electrical Code (NEC), and company policies.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and digital work orders.
Perform light welding and fabrication as needed for equipment repairs (training provided).

Required:
Active Journeyman Electrician License (or state equivalent allowing unsupervised electrical work).
Strong foundational knowledge of 120V, 240V, and 480V 3-phase systems, motors, and electrical distribution.
Ability to safely read and troubleshoot from electrical diagrams and schematics.
Strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn complex automation/conveyor systems.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to bend conduit and pull wiring
Preferred (Not Required):
Previous experience in a distribution center, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
Basic familiarity with PLC troubleshooting and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
Welding experience (MIG, TIG, or Stick).
Forklift, aerial lift, or other industrial equipment certifications.
