All Klean is hiring a Lead Water Restoration Technician in Post Falls, Idaho.

This position is a Lead Water Restoration Technician, which is a position with tons of potential! We dry out flooded homes and businesses and get to be the hero in our customer's difficult situation.

Starting pay is $23-25 per hour depending on experience. We offer 100% paid health, dental and vision insurance for the employee, vacation pay, and cell phone reimbursement. There is a requirement of on call hours, including nights and weekends. Normal schedule is 8-5ish Monday-Friday. Responsibilities
  • Handle any issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materials
  • Assist with setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property
  • Work closely with rest of the mitigation team to ensure customers are well taken care of
  • Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers
  • Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image
  • Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies
  • Document drying progress using a phone or tablet on DASH
Qualifications
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays
