Service Master Cleaning and Restoration by Roome is looking for experienced and entry level restoration team members. We provide emergency restoration and disaster recovery services to customers following catastrophes in their homes and businesses. Helping people get through very trying times. Customer service and teamwork are priorities in our business. We provide a competitive wage base, benefits, and training.

• Performs onsite cleaning of structure and contents due to fire and odor losses.
• Performs inventory of contents for replacement as well as detailed inventory of contents being removed from the property and track through the cleaning process and pack back.
• Performs onsite pack downs/manipulation for larger water losses.
• Sets up and monitors odor control devices and deodorization machines.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good customer service skills.
• Can read and follow product label usage instructions.
• Reports to work on time in a clean, complete uniform, and a positive attitude.
• Can move up to 70 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
• Can stand and walk for extended periods of time. Lifting, squatting, crawling and crouching is required.
• Works with phone/tablet applications to document progress jobs including notes, pictures, and contents tracking.
• Can inspect attics and crawlspaces.
• For safety reasons, respirators, which are used in certain situations, must be able to seal to your face.
• Can work inside or outside during all weather conditions.
• For insurance reasons applicants must be over 21 years of age, have a clean driving record, be able to pass drug screening, and clear a background check.

M-F 8am – 4:30pm, 40+ hrs/week
