Position: Self-Sufficiency Case Manager - Marshall (#0426E)

Self‑Sufficiency Case Manager What You'll Do:

  • Empower & Support:
    Provide case management services that help individuals and families set and achieve personal goals.
  • Guide Participants:
    Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and assist in stabilizing housing situations.
  • Manage Cases:
    Keep detailed records, document all contacts, and maintain participant confidentiality.
  • Promote Self‑Sufficiency:
    Support participants in becoming independent from public assistance.
  • Community Engagement:
    Build relationships with service providers, attend networking meetings, and advocate for participants.
  • Stay Organized:
    Ensure accurate documentation, track referrals, and complete necessary reports on time.

  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal, who easily connects with people.
  • Can assess needs and create action plans that drive real results.
  • Experience working with multiple population types and advocating for individuals.

Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of education and/or experience in a related field required.
  • A four‑year post‑secondary degree in Human Services preferred.
