Warehouse Associate - Increase

What You Will Do

As a material handler at Orgill in Post Falls, Idaho, you will assist throughout the facility to support the lifecycle of hardline equipment and materials. You’ll work with receipt, inventory, order picking, packing, shipping, stocking, and receiving activities.

• Order Filling – pick, label, and streamline order fulfillment.
• Shipping – sort, scan, stage, and load shipments; manage delivery sequences.
• Stocking – efficiently stock inbound merchandise to designated locations.
• Receiving – scan, receive, stage, and wrap inbound merchandise; sort by department.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to move 100% of the time in the work area.
• Must pass a physical lifting assessment and perform tasks while bending, stooping, lifting, and squatting.
• Must read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
• Optional:
  Shipping / Distribution Experience.
• Optional: RF scanner experience.
• Optional: machine / equipment operator experience.

• Starting pay $18.75 per hour plus department, production, and quality incentives.
• Schedule with no weekends.
