As a Warehouse Associate , you’ll be an important part of the team that prepares customer orders and products for shipment. Every day is a little different; you may be picking orders, assembling kits, cutting fabric, packaging shipments, or helping keep inventory organized.

• Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Packaging orders with care to ensure they arrive safely
• Cutting fabric for customer orders and quilt kits
• Folding fabric to company standards
• Assembling quilt kits, thread sets, patterns, and other products
• Restocking inventory and organizing warehouse materials
• Assisting with inventory counts and other warehouse projects
• Working with your team to keep orders moving on schedule

• Reliable with excellent attendance
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to follow instructions and established processes
• Comfortable measuring materials using basic fractions and standard measuring tools
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Able to work independently while also contributing to a team
• Takes pride in producing quality work

• Able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to distinguish between colors
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
