Athletic Trainer
This position will begin July 1, 2027
Job Requirements:
- Fully certified Physical Therapist with a Masters Degree
- Certified Teacher or willingness to become a certified teacher
- 11 Month Contract
Job Description:
- This position would require the Physical Trainer to teach related classes at Poteau High School
- Ability to work with students-athletes, coaches, and parents as they manage athletic injuries
- Help lead our district in injury prevention and management, reporting to the Superintendent
- After school responsibilities throughout the year with sporting events
- Full benefits including OTR (Oklahoma Teacher Retirement)
