Shift Supervisor

Hourly Compensation: $14.50 – $15.00 (annualized $35,500 – $37,000). Shift: 5:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Rotating 3‑week schedule with an expected 45‑hour work week.

• Execute Braum's brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values to create a great customer experience and maximize sales.
• Recognize the importance of people and strengthen team contribution toward unit goals.
• Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee shift operations of the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
• Participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
• Share responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
