Automotive Technician (A/B Level)

Location:
Poteau, OK

Schedule:
Monday–Friday

Earning Potential: $52,000 – $88,000+ (Based on Productivity)

Position Overview

We’re looking for a skilled Automotive Technician (A/B Level) to join our growing team in Poteau, OK.

Whether you’re a developing technician building your diagnostic skills or an experienced A-Level tech who can handle jobs from start to finish, this is an opportunity to grow in a well-equipped, high-performing shop.

Dealership technicians are encouraged to apply.

Compensation
  • $33–$42/hr flat rate (based on experience) A level
  • $25-$31/hr flat rate (based on experience) B Level
  • 30-hour guarantee for the first two months
Experience Levels

B-Level Technician

  • 2–4 years of hands‑on experience
  • Strong foundation in:
    • Brakes
    • Suspension
    • Drivability
    • Basic diagnostics
  • Eager to grow diagnostic and repair skills

A-Level Technician

  • 6+ years of experience
  • 3+ years of diagnostic experience
  • Ability to complete jobs from start to finish independently
  • Strong experience with:
    • Heavy line work
    • Diesel engines
    • Transmissions
    • Engine repair/replacement
What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles
  • Perform work from basic repairs to advanced diagnostics (based on skill level)
  • Complete jobs efficiently with a focus on quality and low comebacks
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace
  • Communicate effectively with team members and service advisors
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to produce hours while maintaining quality
  • Valid, clean driver’s license
  • Tekmetric experience is a plus
