V Squared Workshop is currently seeking a creative, motivated, and technically proficient project architect with demonstrated capabilities in design and production. Previous experience working in an architecture firm is preferred and the ability to work well under time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The successful candidate should be a graduate holding a professional degree in architecture from an accredited US institution of higher learning.
Prior experience in an architecture practice is preferred, as well as experience using Autodesk products including Revit and Bim

- Ability to work independently, while providing support to the project architect.
- Assist in developing projects from pre-design through construction documentation.
- Strong time management skills, ability to handle multiple responsibilities while prioritizing and managing workflow.
- Perform or assist with product research, material selections, specifications and review of submittals and shop drawings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with other team members, contractors and other design professionals.
- Hold a minimum Bachelor of Architecture degree from an accredited US university.
- Expected 5 to 8 years professional experience in an architecture firm.
- Must be able to lead the project, prepare and review proposals and answer RFIs.
- Basic knowledge and comprehension of zoning and building codes.
- Strong time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and familiarity with Bim
360. - Proficiency with graphic design software such as InDesign or Photoshop.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Design experience with Data Centers preferred.
- Licensure is preferred.
