TS​/SCI Cloud Native Engineer; Kubernetes​/Docker

• 5 years of experience as a software engineer
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
  • 2 additional years of experience as a software engineer may be substituted for a degree

• The Software Engineer shall be responsible for collaborating with Product Owners, System Engineers, and Project Software Engineers to design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and sustain a mission-focused enterprise web application deployed in a containerized Kubernetes Linux environment.

• Experience using the Linux CLI and Tool Suite
• Experience developing Bash/Python scripts
• Experience developing with Python in a Linux environment
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
• Familiar with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes
• Experience creating Helm Charts to deploy containerized services on Kubernetes
• Experience with SQL technologies such as MySQL
• Experience with designing and implementing REST interfaces
• Experience with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools such as Git Lab CI
• Experience with Git Source Control System

• Experience with the Django Web framework
• Experience with the Celery Task Scheduler
• Experience with NGINX
• Experience with the Atlassian Suite of Tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience with AI Development Tools such as Claude Code

Salary: $205,000 - $215,000 annually
