Technology Technician- M25

We are looking for a Technology Engineer to join our Connect Plus Services Technology Maintenance Team, based in Dartford, Leatherhead or South Mimms, with travel across the M25 network.

• Adhere to ‘Zero Harm’ safety process at all times.
• Provide a customer focused/service/commercial approach to work.
• Ensure systems are maintained and repaired within contractual requirements efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure NH Service Now data is captured and entered correctly.
• Attend faults, knockdowns, etc. and carry out reactive maintenance including reinstatement of sites, cable and equipment damaged by others.
• Carry out fault/failure rectification and maintenance duties as per shift/on‑call rota or out‑of‑hours within contract response times.
• Ensure all faults are repaired within Contract timescales.
• Ensure all planned maintenance is carried out within contract timescales.
• Manage employer’s stores, ensuring all stock is booked in and out.
• Maintain communications infrastructure to standard.
• Record and report any health and safety concerns to line manager ASAP.
• Manage time and vehicle efficiently whilst on the network.

• Recognised Electronic or Technology Qualifications or Apprenticeship.
• IT literate.
• Card holder or training in MEWPS, NHSS8 Certification, or Traffic Management.
• Confined space experience.
• CSCS Safety Card.
