Strategic Coordinator Community Health and Dental Care Announces Position Opening For Strategic Coordinator
Position Summary:
The Strategic Coordinator has a key role in assisting the Strategic Leadership Team. The Strategic Coordinator will assist in shaping the organization’s overall business strategy by assisting in developing implementation plans and evaluating the organization’s performance under the direction of the CEO. The Strategic Coordinator is a visible representative for the organization and must be able to demonstrate the highest quality professional services to deliver complete satisfaction.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree (business, management, marketing, communications (MBA a plus))
Experience:
3-5+ years’ Senior management experience required. Experience in healthcare a plus Project management experience a plus.
Location:
Attendance required at assigned CHDC site(s) as needed or required.
- Meeting project launch goals (timing, quality, client satisfaction) as outlined with approved strategic plan.
- Defines and analyzes problems, prepares analysis in core responsibility areas related to policy review and development, process improvement initiatives, best practices, special projects and reports and publications and facilities implementation of development plans.
- Assist CEO with Board responsibilities, coordinate/manage CEO schedule as needed, primary minute taker for Strategic Leadership meetings and Board of Director Meetings.
- Assist in Federal reporting and grant applications as needed.
- Foster, develop and manage partner relationships including the ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests.
- Gather, understand, and integrate community initiatives as directed by CEO.
- Collaborate with external and internal design teams through creative development.
- Coordinate subtasks with multiple internal and external teams throughout project.
- Manage communication internally and externally on project statuses.
- Research competition to identify threats and opportunities.
- Act as a liaison across departments to ensure team alignment, remove roadblocks, and facilitate seamless project delivery.
- Educate Strategic Leadership in making effective decisions.
- Weekly reporting on key metrics for successful outcomes
- Adheres to the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
- Adheres to the organization’s policies regarding time and attendance.
- Comply with accepted dress code and maintain a professional image.
- Demonstrates reliability and trustworthiness.
- Manages time and other resources to meet established goals within the agreed time frames.
- Demonstrates flexibility in the acceptance and completion of work assignments.
- Participates in the department’s performance improvement activities.
- Maintains patient/employee confidentiality in the management of information.
- Observes the Health Care System’s compliance policies.
- Demonstrated success delivering a high-quality work product and/or services against deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through complete project lifecycle.
- Ability to execute multiple projects while managing deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and demonstrate strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical people.
- A strong understanding of digital and email marketing
- Proficiency in Google docs, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet, and social media required as well as Microsoft Teams
- Ability to give and get constructive feedback.
- Ability to collaborate with a team or work autonomously.
- Strong interest in working in a creative, fast-paced, complex environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Conduct ad-hoc reporting for Strategic Leadership requests.
