Construction Superintendent
Trillium Construction is now seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee heavy civil and environmental construction projects supporting federal infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily field operations from mobilization through project completion
- Manage crews, subcontractors, and equipment
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, within quality standards, and meet safety requirements
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and government representatives
- Maintain daily reports and support project closeout
Annual salary is $85,000–$125,000/year DOE plus a comprehensive benefits package. This is a direct-hire position with excellent career growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Construction Superintendent in heavy civil or infrastructure construction
- OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 required
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Willingness to travel and work on federal job sites
- Ability to pass background checks for military installations
Preferred:
- Federal or Department of Defense project experience
- USACE CQM and/or 40-hour HAZWOPER certifications
- Experience with earthwork, utilities, environmental, or civil infrastructure projects
