Position: AutoCAD Designer - up to $85k

Interior Designer

Salary:$75,000 - $85,000 annually

Schedule:

M-F 7am to 3:30pm or 8am to 4:30pm

About the Role:

This role partners closely with sales and design teams to develop detailed commercial interior design and construction documentation. It's a great opportunity for an experienced designer who enjoys collaboration and wants room to grow.

What You'll Do:

• Develop full construction documentation including architectural, electrical, and reflected ceiling plans
• Create sections, elevations, details, and millwork drawings
• Coordinate and integrate architect drawings into AutoCAD standards
• Review client-returned drawings and manage revisions
• Create efficient floor plans to optimize workflow and client experience
• Take on additional design responsibilities based on experience

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design (NCIDQ preferred)
• 3-5 years of commercial interior design experience
• Strong AutoCAD skills (Architectural preferred)
• Experience creating space plans and full construction document sets
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or on a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
