Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Pottstown, Pennsylvania
Step into a dynamic role supporting students' success as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2025/2026 school year. This full-time, on-site contract position begins as soon as possible and extends through May 28th, with the exact end date determined by emergency days. You'll be based near Pottstown, PA, and will have a unique opportunity to impact behavioral systems across multiple school buildings.

Your expertise will be focused on a coaching and training model, not providing direct ABA services. Instead, you'll collaborate with IEP teams on Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), while working within the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) for behavioral needs at Tiers I, II, and III. Support from a lead BCBA and district administration is available to ensure you can make a broad, positive difference.

Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience in educational or school settings preferred
• Strong background in positive behavior support, FBA, and BIP development
• Familiarity with MTSS frameworks and principles
• Excellent communication skills for staff training and coaching
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong time management, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and train school staff on implementing effective behavioral interventions
• Lead collaboration with IEP teams to complete FBAs and design BIPs
• Support Tier I/II/III behavioral systems across multiple school sites
• Offer consultation and coaching to teachers and paraprofessionals
• Maintain documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Work closely with both the lead BCBA and district administrators to implement best practices
