Constellation Energy seeks a Sr Performance Specialist to drive operational and energy performance across our utilities portfolio. In this role, you will analyze plant and asset performance data, identify efficiency gaps, and recommend improvements that enhance reliability, reduce costs, and support sustainability goals. You will develop performance dashboards, KPIs, and reports, partnering with operations, engineering, and leadership to implement corrective actions.
The Sr Performance Specialist will lead root-cause analyses, support continuous improvement projects, and contribute to strategic initiatives that advance Constellation's clean energy and innovation objectives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational and energy performance data across assets and facilities
- Develop and track KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports for leadership
- Identify efficiency gaps and recommend performance improvement initiatives
- Lead root-cause analyses of performance issues and reliability events
- Partner with operations and engineering to implement corrective actions
- Support continuous improvement and optimization projects across the portfolio
- Contribute performance insights to strategic planning and sustainability goals
- Monitor impact of implemented initiatives and adjust recommendations
- Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
- Ensure data quality, documentation, and reporting standards are maintained
