We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with strong experience in land development to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to help run the department and develop staff, playing a vital part in our growth.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage land development projects from inception to completion.
- Design and implement stormwater management systems and ensure compliance with NPDES permitting.
- Utilize Civil 3D and AutoCAD Civil 3D for effective site development and civil design.
- Oversee project engineering tasks including grading and drainage.
- Provide mentorship to staff and contribute to departmental growth.
- 10+ years of experience in land development.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in stormwater design and NPDES permitting.
- Experience in project management.
- Expertise in Civil 3D and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Skills & Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus.
- Previous management experience.
Contract to Hire position based out of Pottstown, PA.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $38.46 – $57.69/hr.
