M&T Sr M&T Instructor

Constellation Energy is seeking an M&T/Senior M&T Instructor to deliver high quality training on energy monitoring and targeting (M&T) systems and best practices. In this role, you will design, update, and facilitate technical courses for plant operators, engineers, and energy managers, focusing on data analysis, energy efficiency, and performance optimization in utility and industrial environments. You will develop training materials, labs, and assessments;

mentor learners; and collaborate with operations and engineering teams to align training with real world projects that support sustainability, safety, and reliability goals.
