French Creek has been serving the Pottstown and surrounding communities for more than 30 years.

Customer Service team members are the hub of the hospital. They connect the medical team with patients and provide above-and-beyond service by:

• Greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Reaching out to clients and prospective clients for follow-ups.
• Presenting and explaining fees and processing payments.
• Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.
• Answering questions regarding products and services.
• Managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
• Maintaining the hospital and ensuring it is neat and clean at all times—both inside and out.
