Police Officer – Full Time

The Lower Pottsgrove Township Police Department is accepting applications for the full‑time Police Officer position until Friday, August 21, 2026, at 1500 hrs.

• Minimum age 21 years
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid PA Driver’s License prior to appointment
• U.S. citizen
• Ability to successfully complete written, oral, medical, psychological, physical agility, polygraph exams and thorough background investigation
• Completed and passed MPOETC Act 120 police certification, or enrollment in such training course at time of application (must complete before eligibility for appointment)

Starting salary range: $74,609 to $82,770 (depending on FT experience). Top Patrol Officer pay: $116,577 (as stipulated by current LPPD Police Officer Contract). Includes full benefits.
