School Speech Language Pathologist

A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide support within an elementary school setting in Pottstown, PA. This position offers hands‑on experience working with a moderate to light caseload in an autistic support program, focusing on delivering effective early intervention services.

  February 20 - March 27 (Leave coverage)
• Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, 37.5 hours per week
• Contract to Hire opportunity

• Deliver specialized speech-language therapy to students in an autistic support program
• Collaborate seamlessly with a team of four SLPs to coordinate care and intervention plans
• Manage a moderate/light caseload with an emphasis on early intervention services
• Participate in seasonal early intervention assessments and help facilitate assignments of initial evaluations to designated SLPs
• Support communication goals within the framework of the school's program

• Valid Speech‑Language Pathology License (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Experience working in educational settings, particularly with children on the autism spectrum
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with the speech team and staff
• Ability to manage caseloads independently while participating in a collaborative environment
