Constellation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in the United States to lead maintenance activities at the CEC. You will supervise craft personnel, ensure safe work practices, and coordinate with schedulers and planners to support outage activities and regulatory compliance.
You will coach and evaluate staff, drive continuous improvement, and maintain effective communication with management and external stakeholders. A strong background in nuclear power plant operations is preferred.
