Assembler

Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM | Overtime strongly encouraged
OT hours may begin early mornings and Saturdays

Pay: $20/hr

What You'll Do:

• Assemble products from raw materials using drawings and job orders
• Build simple point-to-point cables with a high level of quality
• Use hand tools such as soldering equipment, wire cutters, and microscopes
• Perform inspections, data entry, and complete assembly paperwork
• Maintain quality standards, meet production goals, and support team success

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with soldering or electrical assembly preferred
• Ability to read measuring equipment (multimeters, gauges, etc.)
• Willingness to cross-train and learn new tasks
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and required visual acuity for precision work
