Job Description Your ResponsibilitiesAs an entry‑level Fabricator, you will work with a team on a laminating machine to produce metal building insulation, laminating a vinyl facing to fiberglass insulation to meet customer needs.
- Safely and efficiently operate appropriate equipment.
- Accurately measure material for efficiency.
- Maintain quality and housekeeping.
- Ensure production levels are met daily.
- Comply with all safety requirements.
- Perform other fabrication duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Carry out any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
- Experience or training in a manufacturing/fabrication/warehouse environment (preferred).
- Medically certified to wear a respirator if required.
- Basic computer skills (preferred).
- Forklift certified.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Local travel; less than 10% of the time.
Physical RequirementsProlonged standing; repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Requires good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. Lifting up to 50 pounds depending on specific duties.

$13.00 – $30.00 per hour. To comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also include variable compensation.
