Actalent is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – CNC to lead process improvements and technology deployment on a growing CNC shop floor in the Pottstown area. You will focus on process development, CAD/CAM implementation, and seamless NPI transitions for high-precision components.
You will work closely with machinists, operators, and engineers to optimize cycles, address quality issues, and scale manufacturing capabilities. A hands-on leader with strong CAD/CAM and DOE/Lean skills will thrive here.
